Ballindaggin
moved to the top of the division when overcoming Kilmore 3-0 although the home
side only led 1-0 with five minutes remaining. A goal from Breda Cushen and two
from Faye Larkin gave Ballindaggin their fourth win of the season and moved
them clear at the top overnight. Sunday saw Campile United join Ballindaggin at
the top of the table after overcoming Cloughbawn 3-2 with Lydia McGrath,
Kathryn Dempsey and Eadaoin Kent on target for the winners while Laura Butler
scoring both Cloughbawn goals

Division One
Seaview
United and Wexford Celtic moved into challenging positions in division one
after both recorded wins away from home. Seaview made the long journey to Gorey
Celtic and came away with a 1-0 win after a pulsating game with the goal scored
by Jennifer Dunne. Wexford Celtic travelled to Bunclody and came away 5-0 winners
after a tough game in blustery conditions thanks to goals from Aishling O
Sullivan (2), Ruth Hendrick (2) and Aliat Kotun

Wexford
Youths joined New Ross Town at the top of the table after they overcame Bridge
Rovers 2-1 with Nadine Fortune scoring both goals for Youths while Leah
Rossiter was on target for Rovers

Division Two B
St Josephs
moved top of the table and remain unbeaten after overcoming Admastown 3-0 on
Saturday in the only game to survive the weather in this division. Two goals
from Amy Mitten and one from Melanie Corrigan gave the visitors the three
points

Town second team recorded their first win of the season when they overcame St
Josephs second team 2-1 courtesy of two goals from Molly Crowdle

Sixteen Premier Division
Killenagh
Wanderers join Curracloe United at the top of the table after coming away from
Kilmore United with all three points in a 5-4 victory. In an end to end
encounter, Cora Miller (2) and twins Ann Marie and Rachel Bennett were on
target for Kilmore while Katie Coffey (2), Aoife McCrea, Abah Dowdall and Tara
Doyle were all on target for the defending champions. In the other game in this
division, Ballindaggin and St Leonards played out a 1-1 draw with Clodagh O
Leary on target for the home side

Sixteen Division Two
All Blacks
stretched their lead at the top of this division to six points after a 2-0 win
at home to an improving Arklow Town side. Abbie Jones gave the home side a
first half lead and a Saibdh Shiel goal in the second half ensured the three
points with both sides being awarded second half penalties but both were saved

progressed comfortably to the second round after travelling to Fastnet Rovers
and coming away 6-0 winners. Two goals from Kellie Mullan and one each from
Clare Barry, Leanne Foley, Brid Kehoe and Sarah O Brien saw the premier side
safely through

The home
side caused a minor upset when overcoming a young Forth Celtic side and booked
their place in the last sixteen courtesy of a 5-0 win. Mag Kehoe (2), Hazel
Murphy (2) and Amie Gaffney were all on target for the home side and led 2-0 at
half time

Holders
Ferns are through to the second round when comfortably overcoming Hibs with
seven goals to spare. Leona Breen, Liz Everedd, Rachel Collier, Caroline
Murphy, Marian Doyle, Josie Dwyer, Georgina Moore and Hayley Nolan were all on
target for the premier leaders

The home
side are through to the last sixteen easier than expected when Glen Celtic did
not travel for their Friday night fixture

Adamstown overcame division two B leaders Bree to take their place in the
second round. After a scoreless first half, the visitors dominated the second
half with Chantelle Martin scoring a hat trick to add to goals from Edwina

could be a good outside bet for the MMI Cup and inflicted the first defeat of
the season on two A leaders Castledockrell. Two goals from Leanne O Reilly and
one each from Diane Leniston and Katie O Leary saw the premier side into the

This game
was switched to Rosslare but this did not prevent the division one leaders from
comfortably going through to the second round. Goals from Claire Halvey (4),
Laura Stafford (2), Orla Morris and Miriam L Loughlin saw Killenagh into the
last sixteen

Strand made
the long journey to Shilelagh and almost pulled off a major shock before bowing
out on penalties after extra time. Elaine Murphy put the home side ahead but
Niamh White equalised before half time and no further goals saw the game go all
the way to penalties where the home side held their nerve to progress 3-1
Camolin
Celtic 2 Tombrack
United 1 aet
These two
division two sides played out a thriller which went to extra time before
Camolin eventually progressed 2-1. Niamh O Leary gave Camolin the lead but Denise
Bolger levelled in injury time for Tombrack, bringing the game to extra time
where Siobhan Finn scored the winner for the home side

A Jasmine
Redmond hat trick laid the foundation for Kilmore’s victory over St Leonards,
making it a clean sweep for all six premier sides who played over the weekend.
Katrina Parrock was also on target for the home side while Adrienne Parker was
on target for the visitors
