Under Ten
Premier Division
Curracloe
United look favourites to retain their under ten premier title as they came
away from Courtown Hibs with all three points after overcoming the home side
3-0 thanks to a hat trick from Emma Flynn Doyle. Ballindaggin and Kilmore are
currently battling for the runners up spot and it was the former who came out
on top when the two sides met last Saturday. Two goals from Tamara Kelly and
one from Niamh Doyle gave Ballindaggin a 3-1 their fourth win of the season.
Campile moved out of the bottom two when they proved too strong at home to
Bunclody, running out 5-0 winners thanks to goals from Sarah Foley (2), Sally
Kehoe (2) and Mai Dempsey
Under Ten
North Division
Moyne
Rangers and Tombrack United remain deadlocked at the top of the division after
Moyne easily overcame St Cormacs 11-1 and Tombrack received a walkover from
Killenagh. Sophie Kirwan was on target for St Cormacs but goals from Erin
Carley (3), Megan O Connor (3), Amy Shannon (2), Amy McDonald (2) and Niamh
Farrell with one
Under Ten
East Division
All Blacks
lead the way in this division after they overcame Rosslare Rangers 7-1 and
remain two points clear of Taghmon United. Keegan Fortune was on target for
Rangers but goals from Aoibheann Rankin (2), Cora Sinnott (2), Sophie Power,
Aoife Houghton and Zita Tiernan gave All Blacks their sixth win of the season.
Wexford Youths made Bridge Rovers fight all the way before the Castlebridge
eventually left Ferrycarrig with the three points after a 4-1 win. Eimear
Halpin scored for Youths but two goals each from Aoibhe Manley and Katie
Dempsey gave Rovers victory. Taghmon kept the pressure when they travelled to
Wexford Celtic and came away 7-0 winners
Under Ten South
West Division
St Leonards
lead the way in a very closely contested division after they came away from
Adamstown victorious as they overcame the home side 2-1. Leah Furlong scored
for the home side but two goals from Eabha Cullen gave the Ballycullane side
victory. Seaview sit just a point behind after travelling to Corach Ramblers
and winning 4-1 thanks to goals from Ava White Keating (2), Charlotte Morrissey
and Ciaradh Connolly while Ciara Cummins scored for Ramblers. Cloughbawn
recorded their first win of the season after several draws and severely dented
New Ross Towns title ambitions when winning 2-0 in Rathurtin with Mary Kaylan
and Chloe O Neill on target.
Under
Fourteen Premier Division
Cloughbawn
joined Kilmore United at the top of the table after overcoming Curracloe United
2-0 in a very closely contested encounter. Curracloe were unlucky not to go in
front but once the home side scored through Emma Clarke, they took control and
wrapped up the three points through Tara Doyle. Moyne Rangers proved too strong
for Ballindaggin and moved out of the bottom two, winning 6-0 thanks to goals
from Aoife Devereux (3), Chelsey Somers, Anais Curran and Sinead Morrissey.
Under
Fourteen Division One
Only a point
separate the top three in this very competitive division with St Leonards
currently the leaders thanks to a 2-1 home win over local rivals Seaview United
with Ciara O Connor and Fiona Ryan on target for the winners. Gorey Rangers
overcame Bridge Rovers 4-2 to move joint second with Eabha Cahill, Amy Wilson,
Alison McPartland and Niamh Taylor Hughes all on target for Rangers.
Under
Fourteen Division Two A
The big game
in this division between North End and All Blacks was the only game to fall
foul of the weather when Drinagh was unable to recover from the weeks rain
while an understrength Courtown Hibs were heavily beaten by Wexford Celtic

Fourteen Division Two B
New Ross
Town are only one game away from wrapping up the league title after a
comfortable 7-0 win away to Adamstown while Gorey Celtic moved second after a
big 10-0 win at home to Cloughbawn second team. Sonia Redmond (3), Sarah Lynch
(3), Natasha Behan (2), Sanija Darzina and Alex Lavery were all on target for a
dominant home side

Eighteen League
Ballindaggin
had to unfortunately withdraw from this division during the week due to lack of
numbers and with the points allocated, coupled with the results from Saturdays
games, Curracloe and Killenagh now lead the way. Killenagh travelled to North
End and came away 4-0 winners thanks to goals from Georgina Creane, Sinead
Gaynor, Megan Cahill and Caoimhe Roche. In the other game Curracloe overcame
Seaview United 4-1
Womens
Premier Division
Tramore FC 2 Ferns
United 4
Ferns are
now hot favourites to retain the premier title after coming away from rivals
Tramore with a very important three points. Tara Power scored twice for the
home side but two goals each from Liz Everedd and Leona Breen saw the visitors
run out 4-2 winners and move seven points clear at the top of the table. Apart
from Ferns being the most dominant team in the division, all the remaining
teams are taking points off each other and even with six games to go, it is
difficult to see anyone catch them.

United 3 Coolgreaney Celtic 1
The home
side moved out of the bottom two for the first time this season when they overcame
an understrength Coolgreaney side who could find themselves in deep relegation
trouble with some difficult games remaining. Nora O Connell had the visitors
1-0 up with fifteen minutes to go but goals from Maebh Kehoe and Brid Doyle (2)
gave Seaview a very important victory
North End
United 0 Adamstown 1
Adamstown
leapfrogged North End in the chase for second place after they came away from
Drinagh 1-0 winners. Nikki Dunphy scored the only goal of the game when she
struck a free kick to the roof of the net and try as they might, North End
could not get back on level terms despite some late pressure which saw them hit
the crossbar twice

Division One
Corach
Ramblers 6 Courtown Hibs 0
Ramblers
have moved well away from relegation danger after this 6-0 victory over bottom
club Courtown Hibs. Goals from Ciara Roche (2), Geraldine Curtis, Trina
Sinnott, Tracey Sinnott and Sara Meyler saw the home side always in control
Kilmore
United 4 St Josephs 4
These two
sides played out an eight goal thriller before eventually taking a point each
in this 4-4 draw. Kilmore led 2-0. 3-1 and 4-2 but St Josephs showed great
character and never gave up as they pulled themselves back into the game to
earn a point. Katrina Parrock scored a hat trick for Kilmore with Cora Miller
also finding the net for Kilmore while Bridget McDonald, Aoife Kavanagh and
Aine Roche (2) were on target for the visitors

Division Two A

League
leaders Castledockrell continue their unbeaten run when overcoming an
understrength Bunclody side and remain three points clear of Taghmon, Caitriona
Murray scored both goals for the home side before picking up a nasty ankle
injury and having to be removed to hospital. Thankfully her injury proved not
to be too serious and everyone in the game wishes her a speedy recovery

The home
side continue to keep the pressure on the leaders after a strong second half
performance saw them overcome a battling Rosslare Rangers. Two goals from Gemma
Doran and a Lisa Marie Doyle hat trick saw Taghmon eventually take all three
points

United 1
Camolin kept
their promotion hopes alive after eventually breaking down the visitors
resilient defence. Niamh O Leary scored a hat trick with Aoife Curran adding
one for the home side while Sinead Ryan was on target for Tombrack
Forth Celtic 2 Shilelagh
United 3
These two
sides played out a five goal thriller before Shilelagh eventually ran out 3-2
winners to keep in touch with the top two. Rachel Kehoe and Lauren Carthy were
on target for Celtic but goals from Niamh Dillon, Anna Nolan and Erika Dagge
made the long journey for the visitors worthwhile

The home
side suffered a disappointing defeat at home to Moyne Rangers and with Bree
winning in Rosslare Strand, it looks like St Leonards will have to settle for
runners up spot in their debut season. Bronagh O Connor scored for the home
side but goals from Ciara Byrne and Kerry Morrissey gave Moyne victory

This 3-0 win
in Rosslare Strand sets Bree up as favourites to pick up their first league
title at adult level as they move five points clear of St Leonards. Lauren
Sinnott was on target twice with Flo Butler also finding the net to give the
visitors a very important three points
