Schoolgirls League
Curracloe United probably enjoyed the best Saturday of the clubs history when they wrapped up the under ten premier title, their under twelve side won their final match of the season to force a play off for the premier title with Bree United while their under sixteens overcame premier leaders Shelbourne and if they win their final game will also force a play off to lift the premier title. Sarah Harding Kenny scored the only goal of the game in their one nil win over Ballindaggin to complete the under ten league and cup double, winning the league with a one hundred per cent record of ten wins from ten games. Ballindaggin had some consolation in the fact that they finished runners up with a very young squad.
In the under twelve premier division, tough two one away wins for Bree United and Curracloe United against North End United and Glen Celtic respectively see both sides now deadlocked at the top of the table and will now require a play off to decide the title. In division one Tombrack United caused an upset when overcoming title contenders Shelbourne three one on Thursday evening and on Friday evening Bunclody made themselves favourites to lift the title when they beat Shelbourne two nil. In the big match in division three, Camolin Celtic travelled to New Ross Town and came away one nil winners after a very closely contested match.
In the delayed under fourteen cup semi final, Forth Celtic overcame North End United two one on Tuesday night in a game that was a great advert for the schoolgirls game. Aoife Rossiter and Ciara Rossiter were both on target for Celtic while Sara Byrne scored for North End. Tombrack moved joint top of division two B when overcoming Ballindaggin two one on Friday evening.
The big match in the under sixteen premier division saw Curracloe United travel to Shelbourne and in very breezy conditions, came away with a very vital three points after a four two win. Leona Breen scored two first half goals for the home side but two goals from Rianna Jarrett and one each from Fiona Bennett and Alysha Cullen gave the seasiders a very important victory. In division one Kilmore United moved into a play off for second place with a seven one home win over Bree United while North End United were presented with their trophy in a mid week five two win over Adamstown. Those results now mean that Kilmore and Seaview will meet in a play off for runners up spot

Womens Division One
Seaview rounded off a fairytale season when overcoming St Cormacs three nil on Sunday morning and wrapping up the division one title in the process. Needing just a point to lift the title, they were much sharper in front of goal than their opponents and that proved to be the difference between the sides in the end. Goals from Catherine Doyle, Sadie Murphy and the experienced Sandra Dunne gave Seaview the points they needed. The winning team were presented with the league winning trophy by league treasurer Ashling Kavanagh after the match

Under Fourteen Cup Final
Division Two champions Seaview United rounded off a good day for the club when overcoming Forth Celtic in a very dramatic and exciting under fourteen cup final. Celtic started the better and with Ciara Rossiter controlling midfield, they looked to be just that bit too strong for the Duncannon – Fethard based side. Forth led two one with Ciara Rossiter scoring twice and Leanne Foley scoring for  Seaview with five minutes to go and Celtic looked to have done enough to lift the cup. However Seaview were then awarded a controversial penalty which Leanne Foley slotted to the net and just on the stroke of full time, she struck again when firing the ball low to the net to give her side a hard earned victory. Forth had some consolation when Ciara Rossiter was awarded a well deserved player of the match award but it was Seaview who left Ballycullane with the under fourteen cup

Under Twelve Cup
Holders Bree United retained their cup with a very close entertaining match against a determined Shelbourne side who made the premier side battle all the way before losing by a solitary goal. Sophie McCabe was on target for the Bree side in the first half but they had to defend strongly in the second half as Shelbourne pushed forward in numbers in search of that elusive equaliser. However Bree managed to defend their slender lead and despite the best efforts of the Ballywilliam side, they held on to lift the under twelve cup for the second year in a row with Mairead O Shea of Shelbourne collecting a well deserved player of the match award

Wexford Womens Cup
The first of what will probably be two very important match between Benfica and Curracloe took place in St Leonards AFC last Sunday afternoon when the two top teams in the league at present clashed in the Womens Cup Final. Played on an excellent surface both sides started tentatively with neither side creating any sort of clearcut chance and defences dominated. However as the game settled down, Benfica were the first to show their hand and went ahead when Stephanie Hallahan found the net to break the deadlock midway through the first half. This was the impetous the game needed as Curracloe went in search of an equaliser although they found the Benfica defence in no mood to concede goals lightly. The second half saw the game continue in the same vein with the Waterford side enjoying the lions share of possession with player of the match Maria Delahunty dominating affairs in the middle of the field. Curracloe did all they could to get back on level terms but the game ended as a conquest when Linda Douglas used her speed to beat the defence and slot the ball past Charlotte McCormack to make it two nil. This was Benficas fifth time to lift the Wexford Cup in nine years and sets them up nicely for a possibility of a league and cup double if they beat North End next Sunday and then overcome Curracloe in a play off. The league would like to thank St Leonards for the use of their facilities on the day which were were in excellent condition on the day and also thanks to referees Patrick Sinnott, John O Connor and Jack Stafford.
