Shelbourne travelled to Seaview and went through to the last sixteen on a seven one scoreline with goals from Hannah Keating, Chloe Merrigan, Chloe Byrne and two each from Kate Murphy and Ellen Boland
Under Ten Premier Division

Ballindaggin kept the pressure on the leaders with a four nil win away to Bree United with Clodagh O Leary, Shauna Nolan, Aoife Devereux and Niamh McHugh all getting on the scoresheet. Bunclody moved to within one point of the leaders when overcoming a very determined Forth Celtic side two nil. Goals from Kellie Maguire and Niamh Kinsella gave the home side a very important three points that keeps the pressure on joint leaders Kilmore and Shelbourne
Under Ten Division Two A
The top of division two A has become very congested after the matches on Saturday with three teams now deadlocked on nine points each. Corach Ramblers and St Leonards played out a thrilling match before a Fiona Ryan goal gave St Leonards a one nil win that moved them joint top of the table. Ferns also joined them at the top with a three one win at home to bottom side Bridge Rovers with Nicola Ryan scoring two to add to one from Charlotte Stammers while Chloe Mythen scored for Rovers
Under Ten Division Two B
Gorey Celtic continued to lead the way in division two B as they proved far too strong for Rosslare Rangers and knocked in nine without reply. Amy Wilson continued her impressive scoring form by scoring five while Eabha Cahill scored two and Caragh Clarke and Paige Turner added one each. Courtown Hibs look like the only team that can possibly catch Celtic at this stage and continued their good form with a six nil win over Tombrack with Alyson McPartland scoring a hat trick to add to goals from Niamh Territt, Sarah Whelan and Hanna Quinn. All Blacks kept their promotion hopes alive with a three two win over a rapidly improving Camolin side with Emily Coakley, Abbie Jones and Eleanor Aldridge all scoring for the winners. Shannon McLoughlin scored both goals for Camolin
Under Ten Division Three
Glen Celtic continue to lead the way in division three but were relieved to come out of Gorey Celtic with a point in a one all draw. Amber Donohoe scored for Gorey while Aoife Brennan scored for Glen. Wexford Celtic travelled to Campile and collected their first three points at this age level with a one nil win thanks to an Abi Lambert goal
Leinster Under Fourteen Cup First Round
Three Wexford sides were in action in the opening round of the Leinster under fourteen cup with Moyne Rangers getting the toughest draw when drawn at home to Shelbourne from Dublin. Moyne put up a good display and put in a very determined performance before going down to their more high profile opponents. Seaview United hosted Newtown Rangers from Newtownmountkennedy and unluckily bowed out two nil although they created several chances and could have been ahead early if they had taken taken their chances early in the game. Bree travelled to Evergreen on Sunday and came up against what was almost the Kilkenny League representative side and the young Wexford side had no answer to the superior scoring power of the home side and bowed out of the competition
Under Fourteen Cup First Round
North End United progressed through to the last sixteen of the under fourteen cup when proving too strong for fellow division one side Corach Ramblers. Goals from Sara Byrne with and two each from Jessica Hore, Natasha Byrne and Rebecca Foley saw the Wexford town side comfortably through
Under Fourteen Premier Division
St Josephs collected a very important three points as they endeavour to keep pressure on leaders Shelbourne when beating Curracloe two one in a very competitive match. Gemma Fox scored for Curracloe but goals from Lucy Mangan and Anne Dempsey gave Josephs the points
Under Fourteen Division One
Megan Whitty scored for Campile but it was not enough against a rampant Forth Celtic side who joined North End at the top of the table after this big win. Ciara Rossiter scored a hat trick with Ciana Dempsey, Chloe Fox and Aoife Rossiter adding two each while Rachel Kehoe, Aisling Mcaulliffe and Aine Ennis added one each
Under Fourteen Division Two
St Leonards moved into the top three in division two when proving too good for a young Fastnet Rovers side and ran out four nil winners. Ciara Ryan scored two with Aoife Ryan and Aine Kinsella adding one each. Tombrack moved up to midtable with a four two win at home to Ballindaggin with Louise Carton and Denise Bolger scoring two each for the home side while Sinead Nolan and Emer Redmond both scored for Ballindaggin
Wexford Womens Cup Third Round
The three scheduled Wexford Womens Cup third round games went ahead despite the very wet weather on Saturday night and all three favoured teams went through but not without having to work hard. Holders Ferns United travelled to New Ross Town and progressed six two but only led two one at half time against a very determined home side. Ann Carroll and Josie Murphy scored for the New Ross side but two goals from Liz Everedd as well as one each from Ciara Corrigan, Hayley Nolan, Nicola Kehoe and Megan Murray eventually saw Ferns into the quarter finals. Curracloe United also had to battle all the way against Kilmore before finally going through six one thanks to a Alysha Cullen hat trick and one each from Tara Moloney, Laura Corrigan and Fiona Bennett. Leanne O Reilly scored for Kilmore and the teams were deadlocked one all at half time. Benfica also had to negotiate a tricky tie away to division one challengers St Cormacs and only some unforced errors eventually saw the Waterford side into the last eight. Amy Walsh scored twice for the Boolavogue side but two goals from Lisa Dower and one each from Steph Hallahan, Brianne O Connor and Keely Claydon saw Benfica safely through
Womens Premier Division
Bunclody moved back into second place in the Womens premier division when eventually overcoming a determined effort from relegation threatened North End United. In a ding dong battle, Thomashina Conway and Shauna Carley scored for North End but goals from Rebecca Kearney, Elaine Casey and Jessica Martin gave a relieved Bunclody side a vital three points.
Womens Division One
Enniscorthy Town picked up all three points away to St Josephs in a very closely contested encounter. Lisa Johnston scored for the Kilmuckridge girls but goals from Bridget McDonald and a Rachel Breen header gave Town all three points. Womens Division Two B
Cloughbawn collected three points at home to Campile as they ran out comfortable nine two winners. Edel Dillon scored four, Tracey Martin scored two while Shauna Murphy, Melissa Fenlon and Sarah O Neill scored one each
Leinster Junior Cup First Round
In the only all Wexford clash in the Leinster Junior Cup, Seaview made the long journey to Coolgreaney and progressed to the quarter finals thanks to a four nil win. Sadie Murphy scored two with Brid Kehoe and Catherine Doyle adding a goal each. Shelbourne travelled to Brookfield Celtic and bowed out to three second half goals but it could have been much closer as the Wexford side missed a penalty and also conceded one. Arklow United hosted a very good St Josephs Girls but found the Sallynoggin side too strong and they lost four nil. Result of the day goes to division two B side Rosslare Rangers who made the long journey to Booth Road Celtic and came away two one victors thanks to goals from Bobbi Doyle and Shannon o Brien
