Sarah Leahy was on target for Youths while Karolina Jaglarz with two and Megan

Last years beaten
finalists Moyne Rangers booked their place in the second round when accounting
for Forth Celtic on a 5-2 scoreline. Orla Griffen and Katie Kehoe scored for
Celtic while Cassie O Rourke with four and one from Erin Carley saw Rangers
through

Division Four
leaders Aughrim Rangers made the long journey to Ballycullane and knocked
Premier side St Leonards out of the cup in impressive style. Lucy Dillon and
Abbey Whitty were on target for the home side but a hat trick from Willow
Jordan, two goals from Jane Shannon and one each from Abigail Whitney and Ciara
Connolly put Aughrim through to the last sixteen

Bridge Rovers
booked their place in the last sixteen of the cup when they travelled to Bree
and cane away 2-0 winners

Ballindaggin
remain tied at the top of the table after they came away from Kilmore with all
three points courtesy of this 4-1 win. Melissa Smith scored for the home side
but two goals each from Niamh Doyle and Anna Roban see the visitors remain
unbeaten

Seaview United 0
Courtown Hibs
remain locked at the top of the premier division after this 7-0 win over a
young Seaview side. Leah Gammell scored a hat trick with Sasha Greene scoring
twice to add to goals from Hannah Redmond and Grace Davis

North End keep the
pressure on leaders All Blacks when they took all three points from their
journey to Gorey Rangers. Katie Law continued her good scoring form with four
goals while Jess Gannon also got ther name on the scoresheet

Bunclody moved
joint top of the division with New Ross Celtic when they travelled to Corach
Ramblers and came away 4-0 winners. Jade and Jenna Conroy scored two goals each
to give the visitors their fourth win of the season

Taghmon recorded
an important win in their quest for promotion as they overcame second placed St
Josephs 5-2. Kasey O Connor and Charley Kennedy were on target for the visitors
while Caoimhe Breen (3) and Hannah Kehoe (2) scored the goals for the home side

New Ross Town
recorded their seventh win of the season and are now only a win away from
winning the division after this big win away to Rosslare Strand. Emma Rossiter,
Abi Rossiter, Ella Nolan, Aoibh Thomas, Leah Ryan, Niamh Thomas and Tara Roche
were all on target for an impressive Town side

Campile picked up
their second win of the season when they hosted Ballindaggins second string and
ran out 4-0 winners. Eva Fuhrmann scored a hat trick while Julie Boland also
got her name on the scoresheet

Cushinstown AFC 5
Cushinstown moved
to just behind the promotion challengers after this impressive 5-0 win away to
Gorey Rangers. Aoife Byrne and Sarah Finn scored two goals each while Ella
Rossiter also got ther name on the scoresheet

Rosslare Rangers 5
Rosslare Rangers
recorded their seventh win of the season and moved nine points clear at the top
of the table after this 5-1 win away to second placed St Cormacs. Emerson Doran
scored for the home side while two goals each from Bobby Culleton and Abigail
Clarke and one from Tegan Fortune gave Rangers all three points

These two sides
played out a scoreless but entertaining draw to give them a point each. Both
sides created chances but defences and goalkeepers were well in control

Both these sides
remain in the hunt for promotion after they played out an entertaining 1-1 draw
with Sinead Cullen scoring the goal for Forth Celtic. Aoife McEldowney scored
the goal for Bridge Rovers

Fastnet Rovers 1
Shelburne kept
their promotion hopes alive when they overcame Fastnet Rovers to record their
third win of the season. Laya Fenton scored for Rovers while Caitlin Gaffney,
Milly Sutton, Leah Byrne and Neala Barron were on target for the home side

Gorey Rangers 0
A revigorated
Cloughbawn side overcame a depleted Gorey Rangers side with nine goals to spare
to book their place in the first round proper of the cup. Laura Butler and
Anais Curracn scored a hat trick each with Niamh McHugh scoring twice while
Brid Madigan rounded off the scoring

These two premier
sides produced a closely fought and tense cup tie before Bunclody eventually
booked their place in the quarter finals. Ciara Roban scored the vital goal
midway through the first half and although Tombrack created several chances in
the second half they were unable to break down a resolute and well organised

Seaview booked
their place in the quarter finals of the Ger Dunne Under Sixteen Cup when they
overcame St Josephs in closely contested cup tie

Shelburne are
through to the quarter finals after this comfortable 7-0 win away to Arklow
Town. Two goals each from Aisling Breen and Niamh O Shea as well as a hat trick
from Ella Lyng saw the Ballywilliam girls through

4-2 on pens)
Forth Celtic took
control of this game early on and led 3-0 with two goals from new signing Emma
Clarke and one from Chelsey Pitman and looked to be comfortably cruising
through to the last eight. However, Eimear Gabbett scored a second half hat
trick to bring the sides level and with no further goals in extra time, the
game progressed to penalties where Forth held their nerve to advance

Kaley Kavanagh and
Leanne Kelly were on target for Carnew in this cup tie but it was not enough
against a very sharp and clinical home side who eventually ran out 10-2
winners. Amy Robertson scored four, Alex Lynch added two while Valentina Mono,
Mia Davey, Holly Tobin, Caoimhe Spencer Hobbs and Emma Lynch were all on target
for Courtown Hibs

These two Division
Two B sides played out a hard fought entertaining encounter before Wexford
Celtic eventually booked their place in the last eight.

North End United 4
Newly crowned
division one champions North End United advanced to the quarter finals of the
Wexford Cup but had to work very hard to overcome a resilient home side. Two
goals from Natasha Walsh, recently signed back from Corach, and a goal each
from Cara McDonald and Martina Pender saw the Wexford town side through before
they headed back to Belvedere where League Vice Chairman Barry Dempsey
presented the team with their Division One trophy

Cup holders
Adamstown are through to the quarter finals after this 4-0 win away to a hard
working Cloughbawn side. Marcella Cullen continued her good form in front of
goal with two while Caithlin Harler and Edwina Whelan also found the net

Piltown FC 4
Piltown made the
long journey to Rosslare Rangers and made it through to the last eight of the
MMI.ie Cup thanks to their 4-0 win. Aoife McCormack and Sophie Kelly scored a
goal each while Anna Maria Tobin scored twice

Fastnet Rovers 2
Fastnet continued
their giant killing exploits in the cup when they travelled to Division One side
All Blacks and came away 2-1 winners. Two first half goals from Louise Walsh
and Katerina Kelly saw Rovers go 2-0 up and although Tina Colloton scored a
second half goal for the home side, Fastnet held on to go through to the
quarter finals

Ferns United 5
Ferns continued
their quest for a League, Cup and Shield treble when they travelled to Seaview
and progressed to the semi finals. Catherine Doyle scored for a home side who
were disappointed with their performance while Josie Dwyer, Johanne Barcoe and
Mary O Neill scored a goal each for Ferns with Leona Breen adding two
Women’s Premier

East End United 8 Curracloe
United 0
East End overcame
a youthful Curracloe side to move joint second in the table, just a point
behind leaders Ferns. Laura Dooley scored a hat trick, Rebecca Walsh hitting
the net twice while Aine Lannon, Hannah Scott and Jenny Reddy all added a goal
each

Bree United 2
The home side went
in front twice in this game thanks to two goals from Katrina Parrock but Bree
pulled them back twice for a well earned point thanks to goals from Sonya
Spratt Murphy and Christine Spratt Murphy.

Camolin Celtic 2 St
Josephs 0
St Josephs are
still top of the table despite this defeat but have only one league match
remaining so will do well to ward off the chasing pack. Camolin kept their
title hopes alive with a goal in each half from Caroline Murphy and Aoife
Curran

Seaview United 0
Courtown Hibs 2
Courtown had to
work very hard to come away from Seaview with all three points and keep their
title ambitions alive with two second half goals. After a very evenly contested
first half, goals from Sarah Lynch and Caoimhe McKeon gave Hibs the victory

Wexford Bohs 0
The home side
remain a point clear at the top of the table after they overcame a battling and
improving Wexford Bohs side 4-0. Kate Hendrick scored twice with Britney Conroy
and Daria Cyparska also getting their names on the scoresheet for Bunclody
Women’s Division

Bridge Rovers 1 Cushinstown 0
Bridge Rovers
moved third in the table and notched up their fourth win of the season after
this hard fought 1-0 victory over Cushinstown. Sarah Ryan scored the only goal
of a well contested encounter with the visitors feeling unlucky not to have got
at least a point
Stoney LFC 0
Tombrack United 1
Tombrack came out
on top in this top of the table clash and have now moved five points clear of
Stoney who remain in second place. Shannon McGovern scored five minutes into
the game and despite loads of goalmouth action at both ends, this goal proved
to be the game that secured victory for the visitors

Trials for the
League Training Centre Under Twelve and Under Fourteen squads will take place
on January 29th. Further details regarding times and venue will be
sent out to clubs in the coming week as well as being posted on the League
