The home side needed a point to clinch the divisional title and they had to work very hard to achieve that aim as Bunclody made life very difficult for the home side. Under Eighteen League
Seaview United 2 Cloughbawn 4

Two goals each from Shauna Wall and Mary Tyrell gave the Cloughbawn side a very hard earned victory as Seaview battled right to the end but found the visitors just too good on the day. League committee member Elayne Grant was on hand to present the league trophy to an excited and jubilant squad
Under Eighteen Cup Final
Killenagh Wan 1 North End United 0
There two sides played out a thrilling Under Eighteen cup final last Wednesday in Luke Foran Park, Boolavogue with Killenagh eventually doing enough to lift the cup. The first half was very evenly matched with both sides creating chances but defences held firm and the game remained scoreless at half time. Killenagh upped the tempo in the second half and applied pressure on the North End defence, who it must be said handled it very well and despite Killenagh having the lions share of possession, they found North End hard to break down. However, eventually the pressure paid off when Killenagh were awarded a free kick and the ever dependable Sinead Gaynor stepped up to rifle the ball to the top of the net. It proved to be the only goal of a very close encounter and Killenagh held on to lift the cup for the first time with their player Cait McCarthy picking up the player of the match award
