The most exciting game of the day saw Gorey Celtic overcome Ballindaggin after extra time to go through to the second round. Clodagh O Leary and Aoife Devereux but two goals from Amy Wilson and one from Jade Lynch put Celtic into the last sixteen

Celtic comfortably made their way through to the second round after this five nil win over Kilmores second team. Sinead Rack and Aoife Nolan scored two each while Kathlyn Whelan scored one

North End proved too strong for Courtown Hibs and progressed to the second round on a seven nil scoreline. New signing Elaine O Connell Sullivan scored a hat trick, Chelsey Pitman scored two while Alanah Anglim and Tara Foley scored one each

All Blacks progressed through to the last sixteen after this four one win away to Campile who were the cause of their own misfortune with two own goals while Emily Coakley and Lauren Power also scored. Elena Kenny scored the solitary goal for the home side

The home side were given an easy passage to round two when Adamstown were unable to field a team to travel to Killenagh

Seaview proved too strong for a young Kilmore side and progressed to the quarter finals on a seven nil scoreline. Leanne Foley, Cora Cullen, Elaine Whelan, Niamh Mernagh and Fiona Rowe all scored one each while Ciara Nolan scored two.

Forth Celtic booked their place in the last eight with this three nil win away to St Leonards with Ciara Rossiter, Chloe Fox and Rachel Kehoe all on target for the visitors

Premier side Ferns United proved too strong for near neighbours Tombrack in this local derby. Denise Bolger scored for the visitors but a hat trick from Gemma Kehoe, two goals from Hayley Nolan and one each from Caoimhe Roche and Rita Davitt saw Ferns safely through

Only one game survived the weather in the top division and Ferns proved too strong for Adamstowns and leapfrogged Tramore back to the top of the premier division.
