This refixed cup game went ahead on Thursday evening in Ballywilliam and after a very tough encounter, the home side eventually made it through to the semi final. Eimear Mernagh scored the only goal of the match after a period of sustained pressure and they now host Fastnet Rovers in the semi finals

Wednesday evening saw leaders Shelbourne travel to Bree for a difficult league tie and have to settle for a point in a very closely contested match. Eimear Mernagh was on target for Shelbourne but Rachel Power levelled for the home side

Gorey Celtic 4 Taghmon United 2
This win on Friday night has moved Gorey Celtic to within a point of clinching the title as they overcame second placed Taghmon with two goals to spare. Katelyn Maher and Emma Clarke were on target for the visitors but a hat trick from Amy Wilson and a goal from Eabha Cahill gave Celtic all three points

Curracloe United 1 Seaview United 2
In a very intriguing relegation battle, Seaview have ensured safety after this two one win away to Curracloe who now have one more game left to get themselves out of trouble. Tara Moloney gave the home side the lead but Brid Doyle levelled just before the break and Maebh Kehoe netted the winner twenty minutes from the end to save her side from the drop to division one
Killenagh Wanderers 2 Benfica 3
This battle of the bottom two saw the Waterford side move out of the relegation zone for the first time but now have to wait on the Curracloe result to see if they will survive in the top division for next season. Benfica led three nil but the home side fought back through goals from Isobelle Naughter and Leonie Gleeson but the Waterford side held on for the three points that gives them hope of surviving in the top division. Steph Hallahan, Becky Conroy and Carol Breen were on target for Benfica as the home side find themselves relegated despite a brave battle to avoid the drop

St Josephs still have relegation worries after this defeat away to champions Shelbourne and will now need to get something from their final game against North End. Angie Westnott and Jodie Keane were on target for the home side while Sinead Moore scored for Joeys
