Ferns and North End reach Cup Final

Ferns United               8          St Josephs       0
Division Two A side St Josephs were always facing a heavy task once drawn against the Premier favourites Ferns United but despite the eventual heavy defeat, they acquitted themselves well against the league’s top team. Four goals in each half saw Ferns eventually progress to the final on an 8-0 scoreline and although St Josephs worked hard for the ninety minutes, they could not contain the firepower of the premier side. Hat tricks from Leona Breen and Apofe Devereux as well as goals from Rachel Collier and Hayley Nolan saw Ferns through to yet another cup final

North End United       1          East End United        0
Division One champions North End are through to the Wexford Cup final for the first time ever when they overcame East End United in a smash and grab that saw them hold on to win 1-0. Natasha Walsh scored after two minutes to give the Wexford town side the lead and although East End threw the kitchen sink at them, they found the North End defence almost impenetrable, clearing their lines to hold on for a famous victory. When East End struck the post in the ninetieth minute, it was obviously not going to be their day and North End continued their good season to book a cup final meeting with Ferns United at the end of April

Women’s Division One
All Blacks       0          Bree United               2
Bree moved into a four way tie for second place in Division One after they travelled to All Blacks and came away 2-0 winners and with one game remaining, it is now between them and Kilmore for runners up spot and promotion to the Premier division. Amy Long and Petrina Tyrell scored the goals that gave them a very important three points

Women’s Division Two A
Cloughbawn AFC       5          St Leonards    1
Divisional champions Cloughbawn completed their season on a high note when they overcame St Leonards 5-1 and topped off the day by being presented with their league trophy after the match by League Vice Chairman Barry Dempsey.

These two sides have not enjoyed great seasons but played out a 1-1 draw to pick up a point in this match where both sides fielded very young sides. Sandra Murphy was on target for Town while Ciara Byrne scored for Moyne Rangers

Women’s Division Two B
Rosslare Rangers        0          Bunclody AFC           7
Bunclody returned to the top of the table after they travelled to Rosslare Rangers and came away comfortable 7-0 winners. Britney Conroy has had an unbelievable season in front of goal and scored five of her sides total while Alma Morris and Sinead Nolan were also on target for the visitors

Women’s Division Three Cup Semi Final
Fastnet Rovers            2          Stoney LFC      3

These two sides played out a thrilling cup semi final before Stoney eventually booked their place in the final, coming from 2-0 down. A heavy breeze had a major impact on this game and Rovers led 2-0 at the break thanks to goals from Joanne Jordan and Ashling Lacey but a spirited second half performance from Stoney saw them take control and edge their way into the final. Two free kicks from Fleur Moran, one with the aid of a deflection, found the net with Ciara Mythen scoring in between those goals for Stoney to run out 3-2 winners.

Under Twelve Cup Semi Final
New Ross Town         1          Bunclody AFC           0
Two evenly contested sides produced a thrilling cup semi final before New Ross Town eventually booked their place in the final courtesy of a 1-0 win. The game was worthy of the final itself with both sets of defences dominating and keeping clear cup chances to a minimum. The only goal of the game came midway through the first half when Ella Nolan found the net to go through to a final meeting with either Bridge Rovers or Courtown Hibs

Courtown Hibs are deadlocked at the top of the premier table after this 5-0 win away to St Leonards and they now meet fellow title challengers Ballindaggin in their final match of the season. Hannah Redmond scored a hat trick for Hibs with Leah Gammel and Sophie Moran also finding the net

Under Twelve Division One
All Blacks       7          Moyne Rangers          2
The home side remain unbeaten and three points clear at the top of the table after this 7-2 win over Moyne Rangers. Erin Carley and Cassie O Rourke were on target for Moyne while Aoibheann Rankin continued her good scoring form with four while Abby Lambert, Ciara Murphy and Tara Cullen all added one each

Curracloe kept in touch with the leaders when they travelled to Gorey Rangers and came 4-0 winners. Emma Cullen scored twice for the visitors while Rebecca Fanning and Clara O Leary added a goal each

Under Twelve Division Two A
Corach Ramblers        1          New Ross Celtic        7
New Ross Celtic travelled to Corach Ramblers and collected the three points they needed to clinch the Division Two A title. Rachel Gaynor was on target for Ramblers but four goals from Caoimhe Keher Murtagh, two from Casey Murphy and one from Aoife Kielthy gave Celtic a comfortable 7-1 win. League committee member, and referee, Aine Murphy was on hand to present the trophy to the victorious side

Tombrack United        3          Wexford Youths        1
The home side picked up a vital three points in their battle against relegation when overcoming Wexford Youths 3-1. Rachel Meaney was on target for Youths but an Ana Dragusan hat trick gave Tombrack a well earned victory

Under Twelve Division Three
Gorey Rangers            0          St Cormacs     8
St Cormacs kept the pressure on the leaders when they overcame Gorey Rangers second team 8-0. Emerson Doran scored a hat trick with Michaele Milling adding two while Jessica Foran, Katie Burke and Shona Proctor Laird all added one each

Cushinstown AFC      0          Rosslare Rangers       8
Rosslare Rangers made it nine wins from nine games and remain on course for the divisional title when they proved too clinical in front of goal for a young Cushinstown side. Goals from Tegan Fortune, Abigail Clarke, Bobbie Culleton, Sophie Colfer and Amy Shiel gave Rangers the three points

Under Twelve Division Four
Carnew FC      0          Wexford Youths        0
Despite no goals, this match produced plenty of excitement with both sides going close to breaking the deadlock but in the end, both were happy with a point each. Defences and goalkeepers were on top form for both sides and kept the forwards chances to a minimum.

The home side moved six points clear at the top of the table when they picked up their ninth win from nine games when overcoming New Ross Town 4-0. Goals from Lacy Jane Shannon, Abigail Whitney, Ciara Connolly and Zoe O Connor moved Aughrim Rangers six points clear

Shelburne kept alive their chances of finishing runners up when travelling to Fastnet and coming away with all three points after a 2-0 win.

Ger Dunne Under Sixteen Cup Semi Finals
Seaview United           0          Cloughbawn AFC      5
Holders Cloughbawn made it through to the final of the Ger Dunne Under Sixteen cup after a strong second half performance saw them overcome a determined Seaview United. The visitors had to work hard to lead 1-0 at half time but four second half goals saw them go comfortable through. Laura Butler, Tara Doyle and Katie Sweetman all scored one each with Niamh Mchugh scoring two

Last seasons beaten finalists, Bunclody are through to the final after they overcame a very good New Ross Town side with two second half goals. Both sides created chances but it was the slightly more experienced visitors who were more clinical and goals from Maeve Sinnott and Ciara Roban saw them through to their third final in a row

Under Sixteen Premier One
Tombrack United        3          Courtown Hibs           1         
The home side have moved to within one point of the premier title after they overcame a very young and brave Courtown Hibs side 3-1. Erin Carroll scored for Hibs while Shannon McGovern, Shauna McGovern and Nadine Fortune were on target for Tombrack

St Leonards     5          Shelburne FC             1
The home side overcame a very hard working Shelburne side 5-1 before being presented with their division one trophy at the end of the match by league committee member Mick Bennett.
Fiona Ryan and Eabha Cullen scored one each with Eimear Gabbett adding a hat trick while Niamh O Shea scored for the visitors but a special mention for Becky Delaney in the Shelburne goal who produced a player of the match performance for her side.

Under Sixteen Division Two B
Wexford Celtic           10        Moyne Rangers          0
The home side picked up the three points they needed to wrap up the Division Two B title when proved too strong for a young Moyne side. Ashling O Sullivan scored four, Aliat Katun added a hat trick while Ruth Hendrick, Rachel Zeurs and Nicole Zeurs all contributed a goal each. League Vice Chairman Barry Dempsey was on hand to present the winning team with their trophy

Camolin went down 5-2 to Arklow Town but finished runners up in the division despite this deafeat.

Ferns made it seven wins from seven games when they travelled to Bennetsbridge and came away with the three points that moves them back to the top of league and now odds on favourites to retain their premier title. Ashling O Grady was on target for the home side but two goals from Leona Breen and one from Aoife Devereux gave Ferns the victory

Women’s Division Two B
Wexford Bohs             3          Rosslare Rangers       1
Bohs collected their first three points on the field of play after they overcame Rosslare Rangers 3-1 to give themselves a fighting chance of avoiding relegation. Ciara Byrne, Aideen Byrne and Sarah Beaver were all on target for the home side while Lauren O Callaghan scored for Rangers

Women’s Division Three
St Cormacs      0          Fastnet Rovers           2
Fastnet Rovers travelled to Luke Foran Park and collected the three points needed to secure runners up spot in the league and promotion. They were mad work hard by a determined home side but a goal from Shirley O Neill as well as an own goal by a St Cormacs defender gave Rovers the points needed to book their place in Division Two B for next season

Michelle Coleman Cup Semi Finals

Division One champions North End booked their place in the Michelle Coleman Cup final when proving too strong for Piltown in this semi final. Two goals each from Natasha Walsh and Kim Walker as well as one each from Diane Leniston and Sara Byrne saw the Wexford girls run out comfortable 6-0 winners

Kilmore are through to their second Michelle Coleman Cup final in two years when travelling to Bree and eventually overcome a determined home side 3-1. Justine Spratt Murphy scored for the home side while Katrina Parrock, with two, and Becky Furlong were on target for Kilmore

Nolan Health and Fitness Cup Semi Final
Shelburne        1          Courtown Hibs           5
Courtown will play Bunclody in the Nolan Health and Fitness Cup final after a blistering first half performane saw them lead 5-1 away to Shelburne. Kate Devereux scored for the home side while Marian Cardiff scored a hat trick to add to goals from Donna O Brien and Sonia Redmond

Division Three Cup Quarter Final
Ajax Athletic              0          Tombrack United      3

Tombrack are through to a semi final meeting with Bridge Rovers after they eventually overcame a determined effort from a hard working Ajax side. First half goals from Marie Allen and Mary Boland had the visitors in control and a second goal from Mary Boland ten minutes from the end secured the 3-0 victory

The home side moved back to the top of the premier division when they overcame a dogged St Josephs side 3-1.  Two goals from Leah Roban and one from her sister Emily kept Ballindaggin’s unbeaten run going and gave them their fourth win of the season

A goal from Ava O Leary had New Ross Town ahead in this game but the game had to be abandoned at half time and will now be decided by the league disciplinary committee once the referee submits his report.

Two goals from Katie Ryan gave St Leonards all three points away to Tombrack United, inflicting the first league defeat of the season on the home side. Emer Roche had given Tombrack the lead but a goal in each galf from Katie gave the visitors victory

Ferns picked up their first point in this division when they held Wexford Youths to a 1-1 draw, Aoife Doran was on target for Youths while Ella Larkin scored the all important goal for the home side

All Blacks made it four wins from four games and moved six points clear at the top of the division after this win away to Forth Celtic. Two goals from Ava Hendrick and one each from Sinead Mulligan and Naomi Denton gave the visitors a vital three points

These two sides played out an entertaining 2-2 draw with both sides content with a point each at the end. Thesese Kehoe Molloy and Havana Lawless were both on target for the home side.

Shelburne moved joint top of the table when they overcame Moyne Rangers 2-0 in a game that was switched to Ballywilliam due to fixture congestion on Moyne’s pitch. Keelin Barron and Aoife Somers were on target for the winners

In a game of two halves, Kilmore raced into a 5-0 first half lead in this match with Jessica Cloney scoring a hat trick with Hallie Doyle and Erin Godden. However a strong second half performance from Hibs saw them pull back to 5-3 with Izzy Kenna scoring two and Zoe Hernandez also finding the net

These two young sides played out an exciting 1-1 draw with Ramblers collecting their first point in this division while Aughrim keep alive their chances of catching the leaders after this draw

These two sides are still in contention for at least promotion after they played out a closely fought 1-1 draw. Sjoak Finn was on target for the home side while Casey Cullen was on target for Bree

Carnew moved second in the table after this 1-0 win over New Ross Celtic. After a closely fought encounter, Aoife Wafer scored the all important goal that gave the home side the three points

The home side bounced back to the top of the table after this comfortable victory over a young Kilmore side. Melissa Smith scored for the visitors but goals from Hannah Redmond (3), Amy Robertson, Valetino Mondo, Alex Lynch and Holly Tobin keep Courtown well in contention for the title

All Blacks are still in contention for a league and cup double after they comfortably collected all three points against a brave Moyne side. Two goals from Emma Carr and one each from Seren Ward, Aoife Reese and Aoife Haughton gave the home side their seventh win of the season

Katie Murphy scored for Shelburne but it was not enough against a dominant St Leonards side who are still close enough to the leaders to catch them if one of them should slip up. Eabha Cullen scored a hat trick for the home side with Aoife Cullen and Jennah Molloy also on target

The home side are deadlocked at the top of table with All Blacks after this 5-1 win over St Josephs. Edel Kehoe was on target for the visitors but four goals from Grace Roche and one from Imogen Deas gave Forth their seventh win of the season

The home side are through to a semi final meeting with New Ross Town after they proved too strong for All Blacks on Saturday morning. Jade Conroy and Rebecca O Connor scored a goal each for Bunclody with Jenna Conroy adding a hat trick while Aoibheann Rankin scored for the visitors

Ballindaggin remain top of the division after they overcame a Seaview side who have completed their season and finish mid table. Niamh Doyle scored four with Anna Roban adding a hat trick while Sarah Kehoe scored twice for a dominant home side

Courtown Hibs            3          Kilmore United          0
Hibs are still well in contention for the premier title after this 3-0 win over a young Kilmore side who defended strongly but were unable to keep the home side at bay. Rebecca O Connor scored one with Leah Gammell adding two to secure a comfortable three points

New Ross Celtic         1          Bree United               0
Celtic have edged to the top of the table after they overcame Bree 1-0 in a closely fought encounter and they are now in a position if they win their final game, they will win the division. Sarah Kielthy scored the only goal of this game against a very good Bree side who are still in with a chance of runners up spot

Corach Ramblers collected their first win of the season when they came away from Adamstown with all three points after a 2-1 victory. Aoife McCabe scored for the home side  but goals from Sarah Murphy and Rachel Gaynor gave Ramblers victory

A Sarah Leahy goal kept alive Wexford Youths chance of clinching runners up spot when they overcame Taghmon United with that solitary goal. In a game where defences dominated, chances were kept to a minimum until Sarah scored the all important goal

New Ross Town         4          St Josephs       0
Champions New Ross Town made it nine wins from nine games when they overcame St Josephs, who are currently second, by a 4-0 scoreline. Emma Rossiter, Leah Ryan, Ella Nolan and Aoibh Thomas were all on target for the home side while Joeys will now have to wait until the other teams complete their campaign to see if they can hold on to second place

Rosslare Strand           5          Tombrack United      5
In their two league matches, these two sides produced nineteen goals between them and this game was never short of excitement with Tombrack coming from behind to clinch a point. A Maeve Kenny hat trick and two goals from Bonnie McMahon made up Strand’s tally while Ana Dragusan scored four for Tombrack with Marita McCrea scoring her first goal for the club

Bridge Rovers are very much in contention for at least second place as they travelled to Ballindaggin and overcame a very young home side 6-1. Lauren Smith was on target for the home side while Rhiannon Healy scored two with Olivia Morris, Chloe Johnson, Rachel Jackman and Eva Angood all scored one each

Forth picked up their fourth win of the season when they overcame Gorey Rangers with three goals to spare, Niamh Dempsey, Ellie O Mahoney and Roisin Dempsey all scored for Celtic who were sharper in front of goal against a hard working Rangers side

Shelburne FC              3          Carnew FC     1
Shelburne continued their good run of form and are creeping up the table as they enjoyed a 3-1 win over Carnew. Erin O Callaghan was on target for the visitors but goals from Milly Sutton, Leah Byrne and Sophie Kennedy gave the home side victory

New Ross Town         0          Forth Celtic    4
Forth Celtic travelled to New Ross Town and came away with all three points after this 4-0 win. Sinead Cullen was the heroine for the visitors as she scored all four of her sides goals to give them the three points

Wexford Youths         1          Fastnet Rovers           1
Youths title challenge has faltered in recent weeks and they lost the opportunity to take over at the top of the table when they could only manage a draw with Fastnet. Layla Fenlon gave Rovers the lead in the opening minute and despite putting on loads of pressure, it was late in the second half before Jenna Kirwan scored a late equaliser

Tombrack are edging closer and closer to their first premier title after they overcame close rivals Cloughbawn in a thrilling match. Tara Doyle gave the home side the lead before Nicola Ryan brought the sides level just before the break. Two second half goals from Rebecca Connaughton and one from Shannon McGovern saw Tombrack in control while Tara Doyle did score a second for Cloughbawn

Shelburne FC              3          Bunclody AFC           3
Title challengers Bunclody were given a shock in Ballywilliam when Shelburne came from 2-0 down to lead 3-2 and the visitors had to score late to secure a point. Amy Roche, Zoe Kearney and Aoife Darcy were all on target for Bunclody while two goals from Niamh O Shea and one from Ella Lyng gave the home side only their second point of the season

Courtown Hibs            1          St Leonards    7
St Leonards wrapped up the Division One title when they travelled to take on a young Courtown side and secured the three points they needed with a 7-1 victory. Jennah Molloy scored four for the Ballycullane girls with Eimear Gabbett scoring twice and Fiona Ryan also finding the net. Hannah Redmond scored a consolation goal for a hard working home side

Under Sixteen Division Two A
Corach Ramblers         1          Seaview United          3
Seaview picked up their third win of the season and moved up to third in the table when they overcame Corach 3-1. Niamh Miller scored for Ramblers while Erin Saunders, Alison Molloy and Roisin Lyons were all on target for the visitors

Under Sixteen Division Two B
Camolin Celtic            2          Wexford Celtic          3
Wexford Celtic came out on top in this potential title decider and leapfrogged Camolin to move top of the table. Megan Doyle and Grace Halloran were on target for the home side but goals from Ashling O Sullivan, Ruth Hendrick and Aliat Katun gave the visitors a very important three points. One win from their remaining two games will see them crowned champions

St Josephs completed their season with a 5-3 win away to Arklow Town and will finish the table in a creditable third place. Holly Jenkinson continued her good scoring form with a hat trick for the home side.

Katie Ryan scored for a young St Leonards side but it was not enough against a clinical Wexford Youths who took their opportunities when they arose. Layla Stafford scored a hat trick with Aoife Doran scoring twice to give Youths a well deserved three points

Two very young sides met in this rescheduled encounter and it was the home sides clinical finishing that was the difference between the two sides

Women’s Premier One Shield Final
Seaview United          2          Ferns United               3
Ferns retained their Premier One Shield when they overcame a very hard working Seaview United who will feel unlucky not to have at least brought this final to extra time. Ferns started best and were 2-0 up within twenty minutes when goals from Leona Breen and Josie Dwyer had them in control and looked to be cruising. However, Seaview showed great character and never gave up and their perseverance eventually paid off when goals from Kellie Mullan and Catherine Doyle brought the sides back level with fifteen minutes to go. As the game looked to be heading for extra time, Ferns were awarded a free kick and Leona Breen stepped to hammer home from twenty yards out. Seaview did attempt to get back but time was against them and it was Ferns who breathed a sigh of relief when referee Philip McGrath blew the final whistle. League committee member Greg Gabbett was on hand to present the Shield to Ferns captain Josie Dwyer and a well-deserved player of the match award to Leona Breen

Divisional Shield Final
Cloughbawn AFC       2          Camolin Celtic            2          aet

It took one hundred and ten minutes of football before these two evenly matched sides eventually found a winner when Cloughbawn lifted the first ever Divisional shield when they came out on top in a penalty shoot-out. Camolin took the lead when Megan Murray scored after twenty minutes, a lead they held until half time but early in the second half, Cloughbawn were back on level terms when Gina Foley found the net and fifteen minutes later, they were 2-1 ahead when Jessica Martin scored and it looked like the home side were heading for their second trophy of the season, having already won the Division Two A title. However, Camolin continued to battle back and an injury time, Caroline Murphy found the net to tie the game up at 2-2. No further goals saw the game go to extra time and then to penalties where Cloughbawn held their nerve to win 2-1 and become the first winners of the Divisional Shield. This much delayed Michelle Coleman Cup Quarter Final was eventually played and Kilmore United came out on top of this local derby on a 5-0 scoreline to book a semi-final meeting away to Bree United next week. Katrina Parrock was on target with a hat trick while Lisa Power scored twice.

Boland Carpets Cup Quarter Final
St Josephs        4          Moyne Rangers           0
St Joseph’s booked their place in the Boland Carpets Cup final when they overcame an understrength Moyne Rangers side 3-0 and now await the winners of Cloughbawn or Camolin in the semi final. Emer O Leary scored two with Sarah Walsh and Michelle Gahan scoring one each

Nolan and Health Fitness Cup Semi Final

Bunclody booked their place in the final of the Nolan Health and Fitness Cup final after they made the long trip to Seaview and came away 4-0 winners. Alex Weippert gave the visitors the lead on the stroke of half time and they controlled the second half as Britney Conroy scored twice with Alma Morris also finding the net

Women’s Premier Division
Ferns United   5          East End United         2
The home side made it six wins from six games and closed the gap on leaders Seaview to two points when overcoming East End United. Played on a decent surface despite the poor weather conditions, both sides produced some good football with Laura Doorley scoring both goals for East End. However, goals from Josie Dwyer, Aoife Devereux, Mary O Neill, Leona Breen and Johanna Barcoe secured a vital win for Ferns as they edge closer and closer to the Premier title

Curracloe United        0          Adamstown FC           2
Both these sides completed their seasons with Adamstown consolidating third place and relegating a young Curracloe side with this 2-0 win. Despite making a quick return to division one, Curracloe can be proud of their season and if they can build on this for next season, they will be strong contenders for the division one title. Jasmine Thorpe and Sandra Thorpe were on target for an Adamstown side who have showed themselves worthy of their place in the top division

Women’s Division One
North End United       3          Piltown FC      1
North End rounded off the season with a perfect record of ten wins from ten games and have shown themselves to be worthy champions and could be a side that will do very well in the premier division next season. Piltown stayed with them for long periods in this game but in the end, the home sides clinical finishing proved to be the difference between the two sides. Emily O Mahoney was on target for the visitors but goals from Martina Pender, Lauren Roche and Sara Byrne gave North End victory

Boland Carpets Cup Quarter Final

The home side have booked themselves a semi final place away to Moyne next Sunday when they overcame St Leonards 3-1 in an end to end thrilling cup tie. Both sides produced some excellent football despite difficult conditions but it was St Josephs who eventually came out on top. Under Ten Cup Quarter Finals
Wexford Youths         1          Bunclody AFC           0
These two teams played out a very tight and tense affair with defences dominating and keeping chances to a minimum. However, after a scoreless first half it was Wexford Youths who broke the deadlock when Layla Stafford who scored to put last years beaten finalists through to a semi-final meeting wth New Ross Town. Bunclody battled hard for the equaliser but could not break down a resolute Youths defence

St Josephs       0          New Ross Town         2
New Ross Town made it through to the semi-final of the cup after this 2-0 win against a hard working St Josephs side. Goals from Ciara Nolan and Saoirse O Neill saw them through against the home side who did create chances but could not break down a well organised Tow defence. The visitors now have teams in the semi-finals of the Under Ten, Twelve and Sixteen Cups showing the strength of the club at underage level

Ballindaggin FC          4          Tombrack United      1
Cup holders Ballindaggin are through to a semi-final meeting with Curracloe after a strong second half performance saw them overcome near neighbours Tombrack 4-1. The teams were deadlocked 1-1 at the break but an early goal from the home side in the second half put them in control and when Tombrack came in search of an equaliser, Ballindaggin were experienced enough to score twice more to book their place in the last four. Leah Roban scored a hat trick while her sister Emily also found the net while Mikayla Tobin Cosgrave was on target for Tombrack.

Curracloe United        9          St Leonards    2
Premier side Curracloe were too strong for a young St Leonards side and have booked a semi final meeting away to Ballindaggin. The sides were much closer than the scoreline might suggest and it was the home sides clinical finishing that was the main difference between the two teams. Polly Redmond and Zara Corrigan scored a hat trick each with Erin O Brien adding two goals and Caoimhe Carley-Shiggins also getting on the scoresheet. Katie Ryan and Kate Swan both scored for St Leonards

Ferns United   2          Forth Celtic    3
Forth Celtic moved up to third in the table after they travelled to Ferns United and came away winners by the odd goal in five. Amber McCleane, Kate Walsh and Maeve Hegarty were all on target for Celtic while Leah Earle and Eabha Doyle were on target for the home side

All Blacks made it three wins from three games and lead the way in the division after they came away from near neighbours Fastnet with all three points. Naomi Denton, Ciara Murphy and Ava Newport were all on target for the visitors while home keeper Izzy Walsh had a great game, making a penalty save midway through the second half

New Ross Celtic         1          Rosslare Strand          3
Strand made it three wins from three games and moved well clear at the top of the table after this 3-1 win away to a young New Ross Celtic side. Aimee Merrigan was on target for the home side but two goals from Lucia O Donohoe and one from Kayleigh Aylward gave Rosslare the three points

Under Fourteen Cup Quarter Finals
St Josephs       2          Adamstown   4          aet
These two sides played out a thrilling cup tie that had to go to extra time before Adamstown booked their place in the last four where they will meet Ballindaggin. Goals from Karlina Jaglarz and Sinead Roche had Adamstown 2-0 up but two goals from Rita Redmond brought the sides level into extra time where goals from Maebh Wickham and Ashling O Dowd saw Adamstown through

Forth Celtic     3          Tombrack United      2
A strong first half performance from Celtic saw them go 3-0 up and although Tombrack came back strongly in the second half, Forth held on to go through to a semi final meeting with All Blacks. Grace Roche, Vicky Breen and Sarah Carroll were on target for the home side while Aoibhe McSweeney and Amy Tobin Cosgrave scored for Tombrack who pressed hard for an equaliser but could not break down the Forth Celtic defence

Curracloe United        2          All Blacks      3
All Blacks eventually overcame a determined Curracloe side to go through to a last four meeting with near neighbours Forth Celtic. Aoife Houghton gave the visitors the lead but the home side levelled before Seren Ward scored just before half time to restore All Blacks lead. Curracloe levelled for the second time early in the second half but Seren Ward scored again ten minutes from time to put her side into the semi-finals

Ballindaggin FC          6          Shelburne FC              0
Ballindaggin proved too strong for Shelburne and rounded off a good day for the club by booking their place in the last four. Orlagh Kehoe was in top scoring form by knocking in four while Laoise Kearney and Carla Cloney also got their name on the scoresheets

Rosslare Strand           5          Arklow Town             6
These two sides played out an eleven goal thriller before Arklow eventually made the long journey home with the three points that moves them joint second in the table.

Under Eighteen Sevens
Tombrack United        1          Gorey Rangers           0
In a very closely fought encounter, Tombrack picked up the three points that moved them joint top of the table with Bree United when they converted a last minute penalty for a 1-0 win. The home side created several chances but found the Rangers defence difficult to break down until Rebecca Connaughton slotted the home the late penalty.
